The invention relates to a hydraulic device with an adjustable pump, which provides mainly a circulation control circuit with a control valve with a discharge medium and with at least one of the following hydraulic working circuits with a flow divider, which provides priority for the control circuit, and with a switching valve that controls the operation pump according to the increased hydraulic pressure of the control circuit or the working circuit.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability.
The drawing shows the hydraulic circuit of the proposed device.
From the tank 1 for oil, the pump 2 sucks in the oil under pressure and feeds it into the flow divider 3. The flow divider 3 restricts the flow of pressurized oil from pump 2 with inactive hydraulic circuits, i.e. the control loop 4 and the working loop 5. The partial flow separator 3 supplied is used as a pilot flow in the pilot flow line 6 for the directional control valve 7. The measuring throttle 8 is installed in the pilot flow path 6 and is located between the cut-off edge between pump 2 and the flow path 6 pilot stream, i.e. at the output of a constant flow divider 3 flows.
Thus, the working pressure in the feed stream directed to the working hydraulics through the hydraulic line 9 does not affect the absolute pressure prevailing on the measuring throttle 8.
The control circuit has a conventional design, therefore, it is not described in more detail below. In the normal version it has a metering manual pump 10, through which the pressure medium is controlled for the control valve 7. Then for the hydraulic actuator! 1, safety valves 12 and 13 are provided, as well as valves 14 and 15 for additional suction. From the hydraulic line 16 to the control circuit 4, the hydraulic lines 17 and 18 branch to the control valve 19, through which the pump 2 is regulated depending on the pressure in the control circuit 4.
In the working circuit 5, in the usual embodiment, there is a control valve 20, which is equipped with a manually adjustable actuating device 21. From the control valve 20, the working pressure 5 of the hydraulic line 22 is branched off to the control valve 19, by means of which the pump 2 is switched according to the prevailing pressure in the control circuit 4 or in the working circuit 5.
From the control valve 20, in the usual embodiment, the hydraulic lines 23 pass to the actuator hydraulic cylinder 24.
Between the flow dividers 3 and the control valve 20, a hydraulic control valve 25 is built into the hydraulic line 9. The control element of the valve 25 on opposite sides is supplied with pressure through the hydraulic line 2β through the hydraulic line 9 and through the hydraulic line 27, which branches off from the hydraulic line 22, which controls the pressure. Since the working pressure prevails in the hydraulic line 22, the working pressure also prevails on this side of the permutation element of the crane 25. The permutation element on this side is further provided with a switching spring 28.
The crane 25 functions as a balancer or pressure compensator. It compares and thereby the equilibrium state between the pressure in the hydraulic line 9 to the control valve 20 and the working pressure in the working circuit 5 through the hydraulic lines 27 together with the switching spring 28. As a result, even with a pressure drop in the hydraulic line 9, the working speed in the actuating hydraulic cylinder 24 can be maintained independently from the pressure level in the control circuit 4.
If the pressure in the inlet hydraulic line 9 increases, then, on the basis of a corresponding permutation in the valve 25, it decreases accordingly to restore equilibrium, since in this case the switching element in the valve moves to the right against the pressure in the hydraulic line 27 and the spring pressure 28 and thereby throttles the feed.

1. A hydraulic device with an adjustable pump, comprising a control circuit including a hand pump, an actuating hydraulic cylinder and a three-position seven-line valve, the first and second lines of which are connected to the hand pump, the third and fourth lines - to the actuating cylinder, the fifth - to the drain, and at least at least one working circuit, including an actuating hydraulic cylinder, a three-position manually controlled valve, a pump and a hydraulically controlled flow divider, the first line
